Children's Volunteers. More people express interest in volunteering for Children’s Activities than anything else at Sweet Pea and we need someone to manage them all! Chair the Children’s Volunteers committee to contact and schedule interested volunteers. Work as a team with the Children’s Division to plan the yearly activities and determine volunteer needs. Parade. Don't you just love a parade? We do, but Sweet Pea won't have one this year if we don't find a Parade Chair to secure city permits, create an entry form, arrange for jurors, and organize the entries on the day of the event. Put your mark on one of the best parades around! [Express interest!] [top of page]

Poster Graphics. Nothing says “Sweet Pea” more than the poster! Chair the Poster Graphics Committee and publicize the contest (already done for 2012), receive entries, and compile a jury to screen the entries, presenting the finalists to the Board for winner selection. Arrange for display of all entries, contract the printing and packaging of the poster and postcards, and supervise the raffle of the original artwork. [Express interest!] [top of page]

Pre-Festival Exhibitions. Are you a born team leader with great communication skills? Oversee Sweet Pea’s Pre-Festival Exhibitions Division. As this team’s leader you will supervise the work of our Art Show, Ball, Bite of Bozeman, and Chalk on the Walk Committees. Division Coordinators manage and assist the committees under them and are required to come to monthly board meetings and hold voting rights on our board. [Express interest!] [top of page]
